Fish Boy is a superhero in Morriston. He has the powers to breathe underwater and grow flippers on his hands and feet. It is often said that he is one of the least popular supers in Morriston, though he's still extremely famous. He's most well known for saving people from drowning, boat accidents, and getting things out of rivers on a daily basis. His real identity is Hunter Fitzpatrick, a 24-year-old lifeguard.

Fish Boy's suit is described with a mainly blue suit. He has a navy mask that covers the top half of his face, but it shows his blue eyes and curly brown hair. The sleeves of his blue suit end at the shoulders and the bottom portion stops before his knees. Rather than spandex, however, his suit is more like a wetsuit. Scales dot his arms and his fingers get webbed when he wills them to. His feet also turn into flippers, doubling their length.
